The Art of Noticing

When we practice yoga, we start by looking in the mirror. Our reflection in the mirror is the first step towards paying attention. We start to see if our arms are straight, shoulders are down, hips are even, toes in line etc.

We have other tools to help us notice ourselves in Yoga. Paying attention to the breath helps to clear the clutter from the mind. The calmer the mind, the more we can notice. The awareness to details is heightened.

The word “Yoga” means to unite. The union of the mind, body and breath helps us to unite with our higher Self .

Noticing is often the first step towards transformation, innovation and growth.
