The Batwing Row is a chest supported row done on an incline bench with 1 arm holding an isometric hold while the other arm rows. This is an excellent exercise that builds strength in the upper back and improves posture. An added bonus is the inner thigh activation necessary to prevent slipping down the bench. Squeeze the bench with the legs and keep glutes and abs turned on.
