Bodyweight Hip Thrust

Sit on the ground with upper back against a bench. Knees bent, feet hip width apart and directly under knees. Push thought heels and push hips up, squeeze glutes at the top. Body should be in a straight line from shoulders to knees at the top. Maintain a neutral spine.
