Bodyweight Squat

You want to be able to sit down and stand up without trouble your whole life. Bodyweight squats strengthen legs, hips and lower back. Lift the heels a little to get deeper into the squat. Feet position depend on anatomy, just make sure they are symmetrical. Sit down in hips slowly, keep spine neutral, push through the heels and mid foot to come up.
